Pricing questions
Is billing monthly or annual?
Either. Monthly has no discount; annual commitment saves 10% and a two-year commitment saves 20% on the base subscription.
What do the commitment discounts apply to?
The recurring base subscription only — never implementation, migration, add-ons, usage/pass-through costs or infrastructure.
Is Implementation & Launch included automatically?
No. It is excluded by default and added only when agreed in writing. When selected, it covers the agreed configuration, lead-source setup, portal-forwarding setup, training and migration scope.
What counts as a standard migration?
One clean CSV/XLSX/supported export from one coherent source system, mapped, test-imported, reviewed for duplicates and accepted before go-live. Additional workstreams, messy data or multiple systems are separately scoped.
Can we export our data if we leave?
Yes. A standard export is included in every plan on cancellation — your data leaves as cleanly as it arrived.
Does WhatsApp cost extra?
WhatsApp-assisted outreach (deep links with logged access) is included in every plan. The full WhatsApp Business API is a separate, pass-through-priced add-on.
Are portal or regulator integrations included?
Manual and hosted-feed distribution are included. Live paid portal or regulator API connectors are customer-funded and gated on the customer's own contract with that provider.
Where is Enterprise hosted?
On managed cloud infrastructure by default. Dedicated or UAE-region hosting can be scoped during Enterprise discovery for customers who require it — it is never automatically included.
What happens if we exceed fair-use limits?
We move you to the right plan or quote a usage add-on before it becomes a reliability problem — never a silent cutoff.
Is VAT included in these prices?
Quoted prices are exclusive of VAT unless your order form states otherwise.
